Joseph L. Stecher

C.E.O

Joseph L. Stecher, the newly appointed CEO of Third Party International, brings a wealth of experience in engineering, operations, and leadership to the role. With a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a proven track record across various industries, Joseph has excelled in positions ranging from Director of Operations at Helix Steel, where he significantly increased plant revenue and oversaw international expansion, to his role as an independent consultant, where he directed complex projects and improved supplier performance. Certified as a Six Sigma Blackbelt and a Lean Facilitator, Joseph is well-versed in process improvement, having managed over 30 Six Sigma projects and led numerous 5S/Kaizen events. His extensive technical skills, combined with his hands-on leadership style, position him to drive innovation and operational excellence at Third Party International.

Carley Crowhurst

Director, Information systems, continuous improvement & marketing

Carley Crowhurst is a dynamic Supply Chain professional with over 20 years of experience, bringing her expertise to Third Party International since 2016. A proud graduate of the University of Phoenix with a BS Degree in Business, Carley boasts a stellar track record in implementing and enhancing lean strategies, driving supplier performance, and cultivating high-impact results. At the heart of her work lies a passion for uncovering and leveraging strengths within both individuals and processes to streamline efficiency and maximize potential. Carley's leadership shines as she leads and develops teams, navigating challenges with finesse and driving success in even the most demanding environments. Detail-oriented and equipped with strong communication skills, Carley thrives in challenging settings, embracing each opportunity to innovate and exceed expectations. Arlene Monreal

Leader, Recruiting & Consultant Contracting

Arlene is a distinguished professional with over 20 years of unwavering commitment and expertise in the Aerospace industry. Throughout her career, Arlene has excelled in administration, contract review/negotiation, program management, purchasing, and departmental management within multi-million-dollar enterprises. In her leadership roles, Arlene has demonstrated exceptional prowess in departmental management, fostering high-performance teams and instilling a culture of excellence. Her collaborative approach has enabled seamless integration between departments, resulting in streamlined operations. A hallmark of Arlene’s career is her excellent relationship management skills, which have been pivotal in nurturing strong partnerships with customers and suppliers. Her unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, coupled with her proactive communication style, has earned her a reputation for reliability and integrity in the industry. Michael Sager

MBA, C.P.M. Operations Leader- Eastern US and Europe

Mike is a senior global procurement and supply chain leader with over 30 years of international and domestic Supply Chain experience in the Industrial, Aerospace, Naval, Space and Defense sectors while working at Parker Hannifin, Harris and LORAL / Lockheed Martin. His most recent position was as Site Supply Chain Leader at Parker Hannifin. He has also held positions in Program Management and Subcontracts. He has a proven track record of implementation and enhancement of lean strategies, improved supplier performance and leading High-Performance Teams to achieve results with high organizational impact. After retiring from Parker Hannifin Mike joined Third Party International as a Senior Project Consultant specializing in Supplier Recovery and Development with subject matter expertise in the areas of Castings, Machining, Electronics and Circuit Card Assemblies. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brockport University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dowling College. He is certified by the Institute for Supply Management as a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M) and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Total Quality Management from Dowling College.

Tony Venegas

ME Operations Leader, Western US

Tony Venegas has been with TPI for 4 years. During that period, Tony has lived a professional life of continuous improvement by constantly challenging himself with various assignments. Tony holds a Masters in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University of Northridge. Tony is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the Aerospace and Consumer Electronics industries, demonstrating his versatile expertise across various roles such as Production Manager, Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, and Industrial Engineer. Tony extensive 15-year tenure in the Aerospace sector, complemented by 5 years in Consumer Electronics, has endowed him with a deep understanding of manufacturing complexities and product development. As a Certified Lean Six Sigma professional and a Project Manager, Tony's proficiency in driving operational efficiency and excellence in project execution is evident. His expertise is further augmented by his certification in Additive Manufacturing, showcasing his adaptability and forward-thinking approach in incorporating cutting-edge technologies into traditional manufacturing processes. Tony's impact extends to strategic capacity management, where his skills in resource optimization have significantly improved operational efficiencies. His leadership in numerous Kaizen events exemplifies his commitment to continuous improvement, leading to substantial cost savings and enhanced productivity. In the realm of supplier development, Tony has played a pivotal role in strengthening supply chain networks, ensuring stability and quality. Furthermore, Tony's exceptional skills in building and maintaining customer relationships have significantly contributed to enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in his field.

Steve Orr

Consultant Emeritus

Steve has 21 plus years of experience at Plant and Corporate levels. His diverse background includes the aerospace and automotive industries. His most recent positions include Director of Manufacturing, Business Unit Manager and Quality Assurance Manager for Allied Signal / Honeywell. He also held positions in continuous improvement and quality engineering which included on line quality engineering using design of experiments to solve complex process and product failures. Steves work experience includes managing operations, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives with multi site responsibilities. As the Director of Manufacturing and Business Unit Manager for Honeywell Steve was responsible for P&L and cross functional disciplines.
